Pilot centre privacy

This independent flight simulation community uses vAMSYS sign-in to keep your pilot dashboard private. vAMSYS verifies your airline membership and stores your pilot ID, display name, callsign, rank, account status and linked Discord ID.

Your wallet history and dispatch briefings are visible to you and authorized company staff. Live flight callsigns, pilot callsigns, aircraft, registration, route, passenger count and operational telemetry may be shown on the operations page and in the airline’s Discord server. Email addresses and wallet balances are never included in public flight cards.

Discord dispatch DMs go to the Discord account linked in vAMSYS. You can turn off future DMs in your pilot centre. Turning them off does not delete messages already delivered.

vAMSYS authorization codes and short-lived connection state are used to verify your account. Pilot access tokens are used during verification and are not retained. An essential secure, HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 12 hours. A temporary cookie protects the sign-in process. Signing out revokes your website session. Airline account status is checked again during use. The airline’s integration secrets remain server-side.

Wallet entries, account links, dispatch records and operational history are retained while the airline operates this service. Contact airline staff through vAMSYS to request access, correction, account unlinking or deletion. Staff must review financial-history dependencies when carrying out a deletion request.

All currency is virtual KWD for simulation. It has no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn. Salary rates are company simulation rules, not real Kuwait Airways employment terms.
